Equipment we service
- Commercial heating equipment, subject to model review
- Air handlers, fans and building equipment controls
- Water-heating equipment, after scope confirmation
Describe the system and the occupied area
A heating complaint can involve one appliance, a control zone or several pieces of connected building equipment. Tell us what is installed, which rooms are affected and whether other zones still work. Include the manufacturer, model, energy source and any displayed error. A report of a cold office does not by itself identify a failed component. BARO reviews the equipment and service scope before arranging work.
Coordinate access with building operations
Give the equipment location and tell us about locked mechanical rooms, roof access, tenant schedules and the person who can approve work. Record observations from normal controls without opening panels. If access or shutdown must be coordinated with the property team, include those constraints in the first conversation so the visit can be planned around actual building operations.
Agree on the practical next step
We discuss diagnosis, an estimate before repair and whether the work fits the available technician and equipment support. Parts, equipment condition and site requirements affect timing. For a recurring fault, share previous service notes and when it returned. For a system that is working, ask about preventive maintenance rather than waiting for an interruption.
Confirm your equipment with the team
Exact models, parts, access and technician availability are reviewed for each request. Brand names identify equipment; they do not imply manufacturer authorization.
