Equipment care & service
Identify the machine and interrupted task
Use the equipment ID, make and full model. Say whether the issue stops storage, heating, washing, preparation, dispensing or another task. If several units are affected, describe each separately and note whether the symptoms began together. Explain what staff observed through normal operation, including error messages and when the behavior changed. Do not dismantle equipment to make a service report.
Send the actual equipment address
The service address may differ from the billing office. Include city, state, ZIP code, entry restrictions and an on-site contact who knows the current issue. Provide a practical access window and the person who can approve an estimate. For leased equipment, tell us about ownership and any existing supplier agreement so scope and authorization can be reviewed.
State urgency without assuming a repair time
Explain the effect on operations and which alternative equipment is available. BARO aims for same-day service whenever possible, but confirms appointment availability and reviews each model. Repair completion can depend on diagnosis, parts and the work approved. Pricing is case dependent, with an estimate before repair. Keep the service contact and records available to the person receiving the technician.
