Equipment we service
- Equipment inventories and service history review
- Refrigeration, kitchen, coffee and laundry maintenance enquiries
- Building equipment maintenance, subject to system review
Start with equipment and operating needs
A useful maintenance plan begins with an asset list: equipment ID, location, make, model, age when known and service history. Mark the units that stop normal work if they fail. Include normal hours, seasonal demand and access restrictions. BARO uses these details to discuss supported equipment and an agreed scope rather than assigning the same checklist to every business.
Separate routine care from service work
Operator cleaning and checks follow the manufacturer instructions. Technician work is agreed around the actual equipment and condition. Tell us which tasks your staff already perform and which require outside service. Frequency depends on use, environment and manufacturer guidance; there is no universal interval for refrigeration, a coffee machine and a commercial dryer.
Make the next action and cost clear
Ask for scope, timing and an estimate before approving planned work. Keep a record of findings, completed tasks, parts and follow-up recommendations by asset. Preventive maintenance can help identify issues and plan work, but cannot guarantee that equipment will never fail. For several sites, identify each branch and approval contact so the records remain useful.
Confirm your equipment with the team
Exact models, parts, access and technician availability are reviewed for each request. Brand names identify equipment; they do not imply manufacturer authorization.
