Equipment care & service
Pair the branch with the equipment ID
Use both a location name and an asset ID on every request, invoice and service note. Include the installed model and actual service address rather than only the company’s billing address. Two similar machines at different branches should have separate histories. If more than one fault is reported, list the units and symptoms separately, then identify the interruption that is most disruptive.
Set approval and access responsibilities
Tell the service team who schedules, who meets the technician and who approves the estimate for each site. Provide entry instructions and local access hours. Central approval can work alongside an on-site contact, but both need clear roles. Share any existing supplier contracts and prior repair documents so a handoff does not lose information about the equipment.
Confirm coverage and scope per location
BARO serves New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania statewide; Texas coverage is Houston, Dallas and Austin; Florida coverage is Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando, Miami and Jacksonville. Give the exact equipment address for confirmation. Service and repair contracts or additional support can be discussed with the team. An agreement does not create support for every model or a guaranteed response time; work and availability are confirmed.
