Equipment we service
- Fountain beverage and hot-water dispensing equipment
- Slush and frozen beverage machines
- Soft-serve and ice cream machines, after model review
Describe the product stage rather than guessing a part
A dispenser, frozen beverage machine and soft-serve unit have different processes. Explain whether the issue affects filling, chilling, mixing, freezing or dispensing. Include the exact model and any error message, plus which side or flavor is affected on a multi-product machine. A visible change in product does not establish a mechanical diagnosis or an assurance that product is safe to serve.
Bring cleaning and service history to the visit
Share recent operator cleaning, setup changes and previous service notes. Tell us about water connections, filtration and any supplier agreement for the unit. Manufacturer procedures still govern operation and cleaning. BARO confirms the specific equipment scope, availability and proposed work, then provides an estimate before repair.
Keep a fallback plan for peak demand
State how losing this unit affects the business and whether another station is available. A service visit and full restoration may have different timing when parts are needed. Ask about preventive maintenance or backup service contact arrangements before the next busy period. These discussions are based on your equipment list and do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Confirm your equipment with the team
Exact models, parts, access and technician availability are reviewed for each request. Brand names identify equipment; they do not imply manufacturer authorization.
